RESERVATIONS, DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

To reserve a space complete the registration form on the website by going to the Booking page. After you fill it out, the booking form will be sent to us and we will respond within 3 business days to confirm your space on the tour. Please wait until you hear from us before sending payment.

To reserve a space we ask for a deposit of €500. The tour prices are in Euros. Payments are to be made in Euros by our non-US resident clients. US residents can pay in Euros or in US$. If a US resident pays in US$, the amount of the $500/person deposit will be calculated into Euros based on the day when the deposit is sent. The final price in US$ is calculated 60 days prior to the tour's commencement based on that day's Euro/$ equivalent. If you would prefer to make final payment prior to 60 days prior to the tour's commencement in US$, the final price will be based on the current day's Euro/$ exchange.

For payments in Euros we accept credit card payments via PayPal and electronic bank transfers. To pay by credit card, please go to the Booking page of our website and scroll down to the bottom where you will find a Secure PayPal Payments box. Please contact us for transfer details. For US$ payments, we accept personal checks, bank checks and money orders made out to On Foot In Spain, electronic bank transfers and credit cards via PayPal.

If you would like to pay via bank transfer in Euros (from any currency), please let us know and we will send the appropriate instructions. We recommend using a foreign currency transfer service, such as OFX, rather than a bank which is usually more costly and has hidden fees.

The balance of the trip cost is due 60 days prior to the trip. If final payment is not received by the due date, On Foot in Spain reserves the right to treat the reservation as canceled. Full payment is due if you book within 60 days prior to your trip's departure. Please contact us for further information.
