Before sending a deposit, please wait for us to respond to your Booking Form so that we can confirm availability on the tour that you have requested. In our response, we will give you additional information about the tour, making the deposit and the next steps to follow.
To secure a place on a tour, a deposit of 500 € (US$500 for US clients is okay) per person is required. Please see General Info (Reservations & Payment) for more information. To make the deposit we accept bank cheques, electronic bank transfer or payment by credit card via PayPal (a 2.5% surcharge is added for PayPal payments). To make a bank transfer, we recommend that you use a service such as ClearFX which has better rates and fewer hidden fees than banks. For credit cards, you can click the PayPal button below to initiate a secure credit card transaction.
Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent a confirmation packet including a risk release form, insurance details and a participant's acknowledgment form. Each person in your party must read and sign the forms. Your participation on the trip is contingent upon receipt of the forms and proof of medical insurance valid overseas.
