The data included on this form will be used within the norms established by Ley Orgánica (Spanish Law) 15/1999 concerning Personal Data Protection, strictly abiding by the aims and limitations it provides, and respecting all rights established and protected therein. Users who provide personal data give their complete consent to the incorporation of such data in a personal data file which is the sole responsibility of On Foot in Spain (from here on in OFIS), and to the treatment (electronic or otherwise) of said data so that they can be used by OFIS to manage information requests, and to send commercial correspondence regarding products and services from OFIS. We will not give your information to third parties except by user permission. The form used to collect data indicates if the data collected are optional or required. If users refuse to provide data marked as required, it will not be possible for them to access the service for which the data were requested. Users can revoke the consent granted at any time, and exercise their rights to access, rectify, oppose and cancel their personal data by sending notification in writing to the address appearing above, with a copy of their National Identity Document or equivalent, indicating the right they wish to exercise. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Before sending a deposit, please wait for us to respond to your Booking Form so that we can confirm availability on the tour that you have requested. In our response, we will give you additional information about the tour, making the deposit and the next steps to follow.

To secure a place on a tour, a deposit of 400 € (US$400 for US clients is okay) per person is required. Please see General Info (Reservations & Payment) for more information. To make the deposit we accept bank cheques, electronic bank transfer or payment by credit card via PayPal (a surcharge is added for PayPal payments). You can click the PayPal button below to initiate a secure credit card transaction.

Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent a pre-departure packet including a release and assumption of risk form. Each person in your party must read and sign the release. Your participation on the trip is contingent upon receipt of the release form and proof of medical insurance valid overseas.
